Information you share with us

When you email us or work with us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, messages, and project materials. We use this information to communicate with you, provide consulting services, and manage our business relationship.

Client confidentiality

Our general practice is to sign nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) with our consulting clients. We handle confidential project information according to the agreements we make with each client.

Necessary third-party services

Some information is shared with third parties as part of providing our services. For example, we use Gmail for email, so Google processes email addresses, messages, and attachments sent to us.

Whenever we share information with a third-party service, we use that service under its applicable terms of service. The provider’s handling of information is also governed by its privacy policy and any applicable agreement with us:

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed for our consulting work, business records, and legal obligations. You can email us to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Contractual or legal obligations may require us to keep some records.
